Ingredients
1lb green and yellow beans
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Set the Gaggenau Combi-Steam Oven to 100% Humidity and place the beans on the perforated steam tray.
Steam the beans for 2 to 3 minutes, until bright green and yellow. Remove from the oven.
On the Gaggenau Full-Surface Induction Cooktop, set a cast-iron pan or use the Teppanyaki Pro Griddle on Power Level 9.
Add enough oil in the pan or griddle. When the pan or griddle is hot, add the beans and cherry tomatoes. Allow the vegetables to char, before flipping them around so that they are charred on all sides. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
