A Dream Home Realized
This featured project was anything but ordinary. With the clients residing abroad, every design decision and selection had to be managed remotely, guided by our expert team. This home represents the clients' ultimate dream—a place where every detail was meticulously considered.
Given their passion for entertaining, the design was centered around creating an inviting and functional space for social gatherings. A focal point of the design is a spacious island, ideal for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers, ensuring that every occasion is celebrated in style.
Design Details: Classic and Timeless Elegance
For this project, the design vision was classic and timeless, evoking the charm of a New York Brownstone. Light-colored cabinets lend an airy feel to the perimeter of the space, beautifully contrasted by the rich dark flooring and a substantial island. The elegant cabinetry details and a striking white marble backsplash complete the sophisticated look.
To enhance texture and color, a touch of sparkle from the lighting fixtures and vibrant hues in the barstools add visual interest. The dining chairs mirror the barstools' elegant pattern, creating a cohesive and polished appearance. A custom-fabricated dining table by local Mennonite craftsmen fits perfectly into the spacious dining area, combining functionality with artisanal craftsmanship.

The Thermador Duel-Fuel Range was selected not only for its stunning appearance but also for its exceptional functionality, ideal for diverse cooking and entertaining needs. This range boasts True Convection for even baking and roasting, while its non-stick griddle adds versatility for a range of cooking techniques, making it a perfect centerpiece for both everyday meals and special gatherings.
The Thermador Built-in configuration includes a column refrigerator and a column freezer, both equipped with soft-close drawers and a touch screen display for seamless operation. Customized with sleek stainless steel panels, this combination enhances the kitchen’s modern aesthetic while providing top-notch functionality.
Given the home's open-concept design, a quiet dishwasher was essential. This Thermador model not only operates silently but also features a third rack for added flexibility and convenience. With Wi-Fi capability, it seamlessly integrates into the smart home system, offering both advanced functionality and a quiet, efficient performance.
A Beverage Center was strategically positioned near the pool doors to provide effortless access to refreshments. This convenient placement ensures that guests can easily enjoy drinks without having to venture far from the pool area.
To keep the design consistent throughout the new home, neutrals were important as it added a timeless element. The primary bathroom has many luxurious elements, from the walk in double shower, to the soaker tub with all the bells and whistles.
The powder room is a study in elegance. From the sparkly fittings to the silver sheen on the wallpaper.
For the main family room, a huge sectional was added to fit a large group of people for social events.
